GEAY's Fine de Claire

The small one of the Geay family.

I am the pioneer of oysters in the family. Raised in the parks, I grow up just under the surface of water according to the rhythm of the tides for a minimum of 30 months to reach my adult size. Then, I am set at the bottom of a « claire » to be refined during 28 days where I can filter all the goodness of the water and the land.

I have light and vivid aromas. I ravish anyone who tastes me with my coolness and fine flesh. My light nutty taste makes me a « must have » to a hearty meal.
